**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualisation and Design: Collaborate closely with the creative team to ideate and develop innovative motion design concepts that align with our brand identity, campaign goals, and target audience.
- Motion Graphics and Animation: Create visually compelling and attention-grabbing motion graphics and animations using industry-leading software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Lottie Files, and others.
- Video Editing: Seamlessly edit video footage, incorporate effects, transitions, and overlays to produce polished and professional videos.
- Storytelling: Bring ideas to life through powerful storytelling and visual narratives, ensuring that each piece of content effectively conveys its intended message.
- Brand Consistency: Uphold and adhere to our brand guidelines while developing motion design assets to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and developers, to integrate motion graphics into various projects and campaigns.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in motion design, video editing, and animation, and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Quality Control: Review and refine motion design assets to ensure high-quality and error-free deliverables.
- Feedback and Iteration: Embrace and provide constructive feedback to continually enhance the quality of motion design projects.

**Skills**
- Profound understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and visual design principles like shapes, color, and typography.
- Ability to export designs into different file formats.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,738.16 - ₹19,752.54 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
