We are seeking a skilled and creative Motion Graphic Artist to join our team. As a Motion Graphic Artist, you will be responsible for creating captivating short form animation videos specifically for YouTube that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. You should also be able to create characters, backgrounds and scenes with creative ideas and concepts for animation life. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop visually stunning motion graphics that enhance our digital presence across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Develop engaging concepts and storyboards for short form animation videos based on project requirements.

▪ Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, incorporating visual effects, typography, and audio elements.

▪ Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and others, to create visually appealing animations.

▪ Edit raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, visual continuity, and overall storytelling.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.

▪ Ensure that motion graphics are optimized for different platforms and devices, maintaining high-quality standards.

▪ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques, and incorporate innovative ideas into motion graphic designs.

▪ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering projects within given timelines.

▪ Seek feedback from stakeholders and implement necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.

▪ Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.

**Requirements**:
▪ Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills and creativity.

▪ Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Flash Professional etc

▪ Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, colour theory, storyboarding and visual storytelling.

▪ Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.

▪ Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

▪ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

▪ Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

▪ Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
