Job Description: Executive Assistant / CRM (Female) at Murphy Lightings

Murphy Lightings, a leading company in the lighting industry, is seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant / CRM professional to join our team. As an Executive Assistant / CRM at Murphy Lightings, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our executives while also managing and enhancing our customer relationship management efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
Executive Assistant:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.

4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips as required.

5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

6. Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial reports.

7. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.

8. Organize company events and special projects as directed by the executives.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
1. Develop, implement, and maintain effective CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

2. Manage customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.

3. Track and analyze customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries to identify trends and improve customer support processes.

4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.

5. Implement CRM tools and technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

6. Generate regular reports on customer interactions and feedback to senior management.

7. Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

8. Continuously update and improve customer service policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a CRM role for 2 to 4 years, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

6. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions with mínimal supervision.

7. A customer-centric approach with a keen focus on providing exceptional service.

8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.

**Salary**: The offered salary for this position ranges from 18 to 28 LPA (Cost to Company) based on qualifications, experience, and expertise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
