**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop business opportunities with EPC companies, Channel Partner, Distributor for sales of on-grid solar inverters.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- **0-1 years of experience** in B2B sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of sales achievements and business development success.
- Strong understanding of the solar industry, particularly on-grid inverters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Maharashtra as required.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with EPC companies and solar power projects.
- Familiarity with solar inverter technologies and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Compensation**: Competitive salary with incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹9,618.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month
