This position involves various responsibilities to support the smooth flow of goods and materials. Some key duties and tasks of an assistant stock maintenance personnel include:
Tracking inventory levels and stock movements.

Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock and materials.

Organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas.

Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.

Generating reports on stock levels, movements, and inventory performance.

Assisting in the implementation of inventory control procedures.

Collaborating with other departments to forecast demand and plan stock levels.

Managing stock rotation and ensuring the timely disposal of expired or damaged products.

Assisting in the coordination of stock shipments and deliveries.

Participating in the development and maintenance of stock management systems and databases.

To excel in this role, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes are often required. Effective communication and collaboration with various teams, such as procurement, sales, and logistics, are essential for maintaining optimal stock levels and facilitating seamless operations. Additionally, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen understanding of inventory management principles contribute to the overall success of this position.

**Salary**: ₹9,887.82 - ₹15,000.00 per month
