**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Data Entry & Record Management**
- Enter data accurately in **Busy** and **Tally** software.
- Maintain and update financial and inventory records.
- Ensure all entries are error-free and properly formatted.

**MS Office & Documentation**
- Work with **MS Excel** for spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
- Use **MS Word** for preparing official documents and letters.

**Accounting & Inventory Management**
- Assist in **Tally** operations for accounting and financial records.
- Support in invoice generation, purchase orders, and billing.
- Maintain stock records and track inventory updates.

**General Office Tasks**
- Ensure proper organization of data files and records.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and verification.
- Assist in generating reports for management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience in **Busy** and **Tally** software.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, data entry).
- Good command of **MS Word** for documentation.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
- Minimum **[3]** years of experience in a relevant role.

**Education & Experience**
- Minimum **[Education Requirement]** (e.g., Bachelor's / Diploma / High School).
- Experience in **data entry, accounting, or office administration** is preferred.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary 10000
