Position Summary:
The Legal Business Partner will work closely with various business units within the organization to provide proactive legal assistance and advice, manage risks, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and support strategic business initiatives. The role requires a combination of legal expertise and business acumen to ensure that the organization's activities are conducted within the framework of legal compliance while supporting business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Legal Advice and Support**: Provide timely and effective legal advice to business units, helping them to understand the legal implications of their decisions and strategies.
- **Contract Management**: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners to protect the organization's interests.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements. Identify, evaluate, and manage legal risks associated with business activities.
- **Policy Development**: Assist in the development and revision of company policies and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with legal standards.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation in a manner that minimizes risk and cost to the organization.
- **Training**: Provide training to employees on legal risks and compliance requirements related to their job functions.
- **Strategic Business Initiatives**: Work closely with senior management to provide legal insights and advice on strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and other significant business decisions.

Qualifications:

- Several years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a strong background in the relevant industry.
- Excellent knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the business.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Business acumen and the ability to understand complex business scenarios and provide practical legal solutions.

- 1. Develop a New Legal firm and manage a team with Revenue Plans

2. Develop a good Market and enhance the network

3. Best Communication skills (Hindi and English Both )

4. Good Experience in Business Negotiation and settlement

5.Ready to Generate Revenue and legal structure from Day 1

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
