**Job Title**:Tele Caller

**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Employment Type**:Full-time

**Location - Hyderabad**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database and leads provided.
- Explain project details, pricing, and answer customer queries related to real estate properties.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with potential buyers regularly.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Update and maintain lead reports and status updates for management.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and property-related terminology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the real estate or property sales sector.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
