**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via phone to present our products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their queries or concerns.
- Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of contacts.
- Understand and meet sales targets.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
