**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
- Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action for various media including landing pages, social, print, video, and online.
- Edit and proofread to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.
- Collaborate with creative, product & marketing to assess project needs and help with messaging.
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications.Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, SEO, sales & customer success teams, to understand our customers pain points, generate content ideas, and create copies
- Collaborate with the teams to get work done in a defined and structured way.
- Leading the development and direct implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action, content distribution and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform
- Ensuring brand image and making sure that the hygiene is maintained across all the communication channels
- Ability to write short, thematic, subtle & quirky content
- Manage multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly

**Desired Qualification & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications or any related stream.
- Ability to write short, thematic, subtle & quirky content
- Ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into effective copies
- Experience in adopting writing styles as suited to brand/product
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
- Self motivated, passionate, empathetic and approachable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
