**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage quality inspections for all construction activities, including excavation, concrete, steel structures, waterproofing, finishes, and MEP interface.
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and material submittals.
- Supervise junior QC inspectors and ensure that inspection activities are performed correctly and on time.
- Coordinate with project management, site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage quality control documentation including inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Monitor material deliveries and conduct material inspections before use.
- Ensure third-party and laboratory tests are carried out as per project requirements and witness tests when necessary.
- Maintain an updated log of inspections, test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits and follow up on audit findings.
- Train and mentor junior QC staff and promote a strong quality culture across the site.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- **8-12 years** of **hands-on experience in construction QC** roles, ideally on mid to large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Strong background in **civil and structural works**, including concrete, steel, earthworks, waterproofing, and architectural finishes.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Deep knowledge of international standards and codes (e.g., ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO 9001).
- Experience in dealing with consultants, third-party labs, and regulatory authorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of QC software tools like Procore or Aconex is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ACI, CWI, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar) are highly desirable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
