OS OVERSEAS is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to inform them about our solar power installation and services. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing detailed information about our offerings, and scheduling appointments for further discussions with our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote OS OVERSEAS' solar power products and services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our solar solutions, answering any questions clients may have.
- Generate and qualify leads, ensuring a high level of follow-up and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and company offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Any Stream Graduate or equivalent; additional education or certification is beneficial.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office equipment.
