Real Estate Salesperson

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Present and promote real estate projects effectively to potential buyers.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations on various real estate properties.
- Generate and review sales and financial reports regularly.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
- Negotiate deals and manage client objections to close sales successfully.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and share best practices.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve service offerings.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
