We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional properties and unparalleled customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong client database.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:

- Present and showcase property options to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Market Expertise**:

- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with insights and advice on market conditions and investment opportunities.
- **Documentation & Follow-Up**:

- Assist clients with property-related documentation, agreements, and legal processes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to promote properties through campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
- A valid real estate license (if required in your region).
