Purchase & Store Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Purchase & Vendor Management**
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for engineering components, tools, and consumables.
- Float RFQs and negotiate prices, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow internal approval processes.
- Track vendor deliveries and ensure timely dispatch and quality compliance.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
**2. Logistics Coordination**
- Coordinate transportation for timely pickup and delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or logistics issues.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound documentation (GRN, Challans, and invoices) is in place.
**3. Store & Inventory Management**
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to company standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/manual systems.
- Ensure optimal stock levels—avoiding both overstock and shortages.
- Issue materials to production as per requirements and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
**4. Documentation & Compliance**
- Maintain records for purchase orders, invoices, vendor databases, and inventory logs.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems, audit norms, and company quality standards.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of engineering components and materials.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement and inventory software (ERP, SAP, Tally preferred).
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation ability.
- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
