Tasks
- Implement best practices for systems over which this position has

been designated responsible, following guidance provided by FSB Middleware Administrators and Engineers;
- Provides reporting for systems over which this position has been

designated responsible;
- Performs initial troubleshooting and routine support for FSB

Middleware Systems;
- Carries out defined tasks as established by FSB Middleware

Administrators and Engineers;
- Software and systems support in analyzing, troubleshooting, testing and making recommendations related to systems environment;
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information

Technology, Computer Engineering or related field of study;
- Working Knowledge on cloud or other platform level technology or service

(Cloud Foundry, Mesos, Kubernetes etc.);
- An excellent communicator in writing and speaking;
- Must have the ability to work independently but also value teamwork;
- Problem-solving skills are excellent;
