Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middleware Technical SME to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless integration, performance, and support of middleware technologies across enterprise IT environments. Your deep technical expertise will be instrumental in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing middleware solutions that align with business and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement middleware solutions tailored to business and technical requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware issues to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (application, infrastructure, security) to integrate middleware with enterprise systems.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor, tune, and optimize middleware environments; apply patches and perform version upgrades.
  • Ensure middleware platforms meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of middleware architecture, configurations, and procedures.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to upskill internal teams.
  • Support project transitions by setting up middleware infrastructure and coordinating with relevant teams.
