**Job Title: Junior Finance Officer**

**Location**: Remote (India-based) **Company**: Dragonfly ABA (US-based)

**Job Summary**:
This is a **remote role** that requires availability during **US Eastern Time working hours** and the flexibility to adapt in a **dynamic work environment**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage financial data and generate revenue reports
- Handle invoicing through QuickBooks and manual/software-based systems
- Support weekly and monthly billing cycles
- Maintain accurate records of P&L, balance sheet, and journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with AP/AR processes
- Collaborate with the Director of Finance and team virtually
- Adapt to changing needs and take on additional responsibilities when required

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- ** B.Com - Mandatory**:

- Preferred**:M.Com / CA Inter / CWA Inter / MBA (Finance)**

**Experience (3-5 years)**:

- General accounting (journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, B/S)
- Work experience in a **mid-sized CA firm** or **accounts team of a service-based company**:

- Practical knowledge of **QuickBooks** (mandatory)
- Invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliation (mandatory)
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and **MS Office Suite**:

- Willingness to learn new software tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies
- Good communication skills and comfort working in a virtual setup

**Work Schedule & Compensation**:

- ** Work Hours**: 8 hours/day (Monday to Friday)- First 4 hours: Flexible, coordinated with Finance Director
- ** 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST - Mandatory availability**
- ** Salary**: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month (in-hand)
