Recruitment Trainee

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Sourcing of resumes through SCIKEY and other job portals

2. Post job ads on SCIKEY job portal, other professional sites, job sites and social media

3. Social media recruitment

4. Telecalling

(e.g. offer letters)

7. Assist teams in screening resumes.

8. Conduct initial phone screens.

9. Schedule calls and interviews with Managers / Clients

11. Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.

12. Coordinate drug tests and background checks.

13. Participate in recruiting events.

**Other Eligibility**:

- Should be confident and self-motivated.
- Must have Strong English Communication Skills(R/W/S).
- Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Tech-savvy. Good at MS Office tools.
- Good in data management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple calendars.
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Critical-thinking skills.
- Any graduate (BA, BCom, BBA etc). However we would prefer anyone with MBA / BBA degree in HR,

Communications or relevant education

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
