Our institute in Ahmedabad focuses on various IT streams like.Net, PHP, Java, Web Design, Video Editing, Animation, and 3Ds Max. We offer Live Project training or Internship to IT stream students, providing them with the opportunity to work on international projects and gain real-world experience with the help of our experienced team members.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Associate at Red & White Multimedia Education Official located in Ahmedabad. As a Placement Associate, your responsibilities will include facilitating live project training for final year IT students, providing recruitment opportunities to trainees after the completion of their training period, and assigning them to work on live projects for offshore clients. You will also collaborate with our team members to ensure the successful completion of international live projects within the desired timeline.

**Students Engagement**:

- Foster strong relationships with students and provide career counselling and guidance to help them identify their career goals.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions and workshops to assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

**Employer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers, MNC companies, and industry partners to create job and internship opportunities.
- Promote the company's reputation within the industry to attract more employers.
- Travel as per organization requirement.

**Job and Internship Placement**:

- Match students with appropriate job openings and internships in line with their career aspirations and educational background.

**Education and Work Experience Requirements**:

- Any Graduate or postgraduate in business management/HR (BBA/MBA).
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Must have proven experience as a target achieved.
- Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
