We are looking for a passionate Field Marketing Executive who can take ownership of local marketing activities and effectively promote our brand within the target market. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. Your ability to effectively communicate our value proposition, build partnerships, and execute marketing campaigns will be crucial in achieving our marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute field marketing strategies and plans to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify key target segments, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Plan and execute local events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products/services and engage with potential customers.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry associations, and local business partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Identify local advertising opportunities, negotiate contracts, and coordinate the placement of ads in relevant media channels.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of field marketing activities, including lead generation, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
Provide feedback and insights from the field to contribute to the development of marketing strategies and product/service enhancements.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services, target audience, and market trends.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Field Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
