- Purpose of the role:
- The role holder is responsible for the development, deployment and support of Reltio MDM 360 solutions within one or more disciplines to help define MDM solution pan BT.
- He/she provides technical support, resolving escalated technical issues within their own work area.
- The role holder should leverage the experience of the relevant BT wide professional communities to discharge these responsibilities, thus ensuring knowledge sharing extends beyond the functional boundary of the role.
- Principal Responsibilities:
- As a DevOps on the team:
- You will develop and deliver software systems following the best practices for software development, DevOps and Agile
- You will work closely with the CIO/ business teams to understand the business outcome and work to provide the best solution possible.
- Be a creative problem solver.
- Produce and develop detailed MDM technical documentations.
- Develop custom mapping functions and customization to the data tier of MDM Hub Identify and analyse business requirements
- Derive functional design and translate requirements to technical specification.
- Helping on Code migration from one environment to other.
- Reltio workflow configuration & analyse define and implement data quality rules Design and implement role specific MDM UI.
- Match Rules for complex entity relationship.
- Creating user and access privilege and collaborate with Reltio professional and support teams
- Job monitoring and troubleshoot job failures or connectivity issues.

**Business Impact**:

- Contribute up to date detailed Reltio MDM knowledge and know-how to projects.
- Would generally act under supervision but may be required, Out of Hours, to work in isolation and take professional decisions to restore critical BT business functionality.
- Provides accurate completion and delivery of supervised work.
- Skills Required:
- Reltio administration skill
- Administration on console management including UI Modeler, Data Modeler, Tenant Management, Data Loader, Export, User Management
- Hands on experience on Reltio Hub/UI configuration.
- Administration on L3 manual modification including match rules, attributes with its properties
- Good knowledge on Reltio API and working experience to use the same.
- Administration on ROCS utility
- Work with multi-domain cloud-native MDM infrastructure with big data architecture & working with Reltio support team when necessary.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)

- Must possess impeccable communication skills, both in verbal and in written form
- Proficient in identifying, analysing and solving problems.
