**Requirements**
- **Language Proficiency**:Should be fluent in English and any other regional language - Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and Bengali.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.
- **Experience**:Minimum 1 + years Experience
- Freshers or with experience in tele calling, customer experience dept, customer care, relationship management etc. may apply.
- **CTC**:Attractive CTC (above industry standard)

**Job responsibilities include:

- **
- Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Reaching out to potential/ existing clients
- Collection of lead data
- Lead conversion
- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
- Obtain customer feed-back
- Handle queries/ complaints

Pay: ₹154,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
