**Position**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

**Responsibilities**:
**Financial Management**:
Oversee the entire accounting and financial function, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions, preparation of financial statements, and adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and provide strategic financial planning and forecasting.

**Systems Development**:
Assess and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize financial systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and other relevant software.

**Internal Controls**:
Establish and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.

**Statutory Departments Handling**:
Liaise with statutory departments such as tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including direct and indirect taxation laws.

**Management Information System (MIS)**:
Prepare and present financial reports, management dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Educational Background:Preferred qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).

**Experience**:
Minimum 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong experience in handling end-to-end accounting, financial management, and taxation (direct and indirect).
Experience in systems development, process improvement, and implementation of financial software.

**Skills**:
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory requirements.
Strong understanding of direct and indirect taxation laws and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.

**Location**: Eluru or Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

**Compensation**:
CFO package ranging from 12 to 24 lakhs CTC (Cost to Company) per annum, depending on qualifications, experience, and organizational size.

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
