As the Chief Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts to drive growth and strengthen our brand presence in the steel industry. You will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop marketing campaigns, and measure their effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the steel industry.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing management roles within the steel industry or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, market segmentation, and product positioning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
