**Business Growth Associate **:BGA will provide assistance to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. They’ll provide clerical and administrative assistance to the sales team like scheduling appointments, answering customer questions and informing customer about their order status as required.

**JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Compile daily list of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team.
- Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administration.
- Handle all administrative duties for organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences.
- Follow up with clients on telephones for administrative purposes.
- Provide administrative assistance to Sales professionals.
- Perform data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data.
- Backend support to sales team for business planning and execution.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders for service delivery.
- Expedite requests for rush orders.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English and local vernacular

**Relevant Experience**:

- 3-4 years’ experience, preferably in Logistics domain and other relevant industry.
- Inside Sales exposure.
- Sales Support Experience
