- Applies more complex design and analysis.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of GSK and industry standards.
- Preforms Study Lead Statistician) role independently.
- Provides statistical contributions to protocol and authors analyses plan with ability to actively participate in project/study team meetings.
- Shares learnings with peers and contributes at internal technical discussions/forums.
- Maintains awareness of current statistical literature and researches new techniques
- Keeps aware and ability to lead / drive departmental strategies & initiatives (with supervision)
- May support/delegated project statistician level activities (under supervision)

- Applies novel techniques to improve study design, analytical approach and/or decision making; shares knowledge with peers and actively influences to implement techniques.
