**Chef De Partie** for a pan India hotel Chain.

4 star category resort.

Job location
- **Ooty, Tamilnadu.**

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Preparing different types of foods including Tandoori, South Indian
- Chettinad, Indian.
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Assisting with the management of health and safety.
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs.
- Monitoring portion and waste control.
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience as Commi 1 chef or above.
- Experience in reputed 4/5 star category hotels.
