About the Role:
This is an immediate requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Assisting with the negotiation and offer process, including salary discussions and onboarding logistics.
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in US hiring or recruitment.
Familiarity with US hiring practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working in HR or talent acquisition roles is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
