The ‘Institute of Professional Speaking’ is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ‘Public Speaking Trainer’ to join our team full-time. As a Public Speaking Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality public speaking training programs to individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds. Your role will primarily involve conducting training sessions, assessing learners' proficiency levels, designing curriculum, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their public speaking skills.

As a public speaking trainer, your key responsibility areas typically include:

- Coaching and Instruction: Providing guidance and training to individuals or groups on various aspects of public speaking, including vocal delivery, body language, stage presence, and speech content.
- Skill Development: Helping participants develop essential skills for effective communication, such as organizing thoughts, structuring speeches, using visual aids, and engaging with the audience.
- Confidence Building: Assisting individuals in overcoming stage fright and building self-confidence to deliver speeches in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Speech Evaluation: Critiquing and evaluating speeches to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Providing constructive feedback on content, delivery, and overall presentation.
- Customized Training Programs: Designing and delivering training programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of participants, considering factors such as experience level, industry, and desired outcomes.
- Workshop Facilitation: Conducting workshops and interactive sessions where participants can practice their public speaking skills through exercises, role-plays, and impromptu speaking activities.
- Content Development: Creating and curating instructional materials, resources, and exercises that support the learning and development of public speaking skills.
- Individualized Coaching: Offering one-on-one coaching sessions to provide personalized attention and guidance to individuals who require focused improvement in specific areas of public speaking.
- Communication Strategies: Teaching effective communication strategies, including storytelling techniques, persuasive speaking methods, and audience engagement tactics.
- Professional Development: Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in public speaking and continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality training.
