**Job Title**: Relationship Manager - Real Estate Consulting (Residential Property Sales)

**Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property investment needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct client meetings, **weekend site visits**, and property presentations.
**Sales & Business Development**
- Convert leads provided by the company into successful sales.
- Assist clients in making informed property investment decisions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant real estate solutions.
**Market Insights & Competitive Analysis**
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market research and client preferences.
**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and legal teams for seamless deal closures.
**Reporting & Performance Metrics**
- Track sales performance, client retention, and revenue generation.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and business proposals.
**Requirements:Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of B2C sales experience**, preferably in real estate.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
**Additional Requirements**:
- **Fluency in English and Hindi** (additional regional languages are a plus).
- **Two-wheeler is mandatory** (travel allowance will be provided).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work on **weekends** for site visits (one weekly off on Monday or Tuesday).
- **Three rounds of interviews** in the selection process.
