- Min 5+ yrs of experience as an Assistant or Secretary plus some experience handling office admin responsibilities.

**What will I Do (Major Functions):

- **_**EA Responsibilities**:_
1. To provide administrative support to CTO to manage his appointments, schedules and to keep his calendar up to date.
2. To act as a point of contact and organize meetings with Department managers, clients and other team members. Preparation and communication of the agenda of the regular meetings.
3. To manage CTO's correspondence and respond to invitations, circulars and post.
4. Maintaining files and records.
5. Making reports.
6. Managing travel bookings and stay arrangements whenever required.
7. Manage confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

**Admin Responsibilities**:

- Manage stationary & T-shirt stock on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for upkeep of Office Infrastructure (phones, AC, lights, chairs etc) including AMCs happening on time.
- Vendor Management & Registration.
- Oversee the facility management from ordering HK material, overseeing HK staff performance and ensure office hygiene at all time.
- Book travel and hotel for outstation staff as per the requirement.

To follow rules and regulations established under Information security standard operating procedures(IS SOP) and report any information security incident/event/weakness to IT department.

**What Will I be accountable for (KPI):

- **Office safety, hygiene and maintenance.
Timely and accurate preparation of monthly HRMS & employee files.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
