Tresskin, the premium range of salons in the tricity, is looking to hire an experienced caller with the following:
**Job Description**:

- Will have to make and receive calls from new/existing customers.
- Specialize in Salon Product sales and support.
- Inform customers about new offers as launched by the management.
- Identify customer’s needs and requirements, clarifying information wherever possible.
- Drive in sales via phone call
- Solve customer’s queries on call.
- Coordinate between salon team, product delivery teams and clients.
- Set up appointments via call.

**Skills**:

- Prior experience as a tele caller or something similar
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in high pressure situations.
- Should be good with the basics of computers.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: ₹15,000-20,000

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (required)
- tele sales: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
