**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for creating work schedules, allocating resources & ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently & on time.
- Manage workers, ensuring that they are working safely, performing tasks correctly & completing work to the highest standards.
- Need to be aware of their budgets & ensure that all work is completed within the allotted budget.
- Must ensure that all work being completed is of the highest quality & meets all specifications.
- Must ensure that all workers are following health & safety regulations & working in a safe environment.
- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
- Scheduling meetings with vendors, site engineers, project managers, and staff.

**Required Skill**:

- Good Communication & negotiation Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
