**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our catering services for events such as weddings, corporate events, parties, and more.
- Inform clients about the different catering packages, menu options, and pricing.
- Answer customer queries and provide relevant information about services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Assist in the sales process by scheduling meetings or consultations with the sales team or managers.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Schedule appointments for consultations with potential clients.
- Coordinate with the catering team to ensure that client requirements are understood and communicated clearly.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on call activity, client feedback, and sales performance.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in promotional campaigns or events, helping to inform potential clients about seasonal offers or new menu options.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to handle customer objections and maintain a positive demeanor.
- Knowledge of catering services and industry trends is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly and approachable attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
