Currently we have an urgent job opening for the position of Accounts Executive with one of our clients located in Thane Location.

Designation: Accounts Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Thane

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Data entry for Sales, Purchase, Proforma Invoice, Delivery Challans & Purchase orders.
- Data Entry for Payments & Receipts, journal vouchers.
- Report generation as and when required by the seniors.
- Assist to Dy. Managers in payment realization from customers.
- Process vendor invoices by completing matches with the Purchase Department.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost Centre by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries.
- Comply with the SOPs for routine work.
- Resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment.
- Keeping the Sales & Purchase invoices in hard file after the review of proper authorization.
- Reconciles processed invoices by verifying entries and system reports to balances Assist higher management to make the provisioning of fund.
- Report generation & Performance of the activities as and when required by the seniors.
- Perform the activities for other group’s companies as and when required.
- Scan of Sales, Purchase, Journal, AFE & all other vouchers.
