We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven **Performance Marketing and Social Media Expert** to lead our digital marketing efforts.

You will be responsible for managing and scaling our performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Develop and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to create highly targeted campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and implement them to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, providing regular performance updates to the leadership team.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing and scaling successful performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the coaching, e-learning, or dating industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
