**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Community Engagement Specialist in Bengaluru. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage with our community of customers and enthusiasts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute community events, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content to foster a strong sense of community and brand loyalty. Additionally, you will analyze community feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in community management, event planning, or social media management
- Strong understanding of online/offline communities and social media platforms
- Ability to analyze and interpret community feedback and insights
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
