**About the position**

We are looking for an Intern/Trainee to join our Operations team. The person needs to be self-driven and passionate about learning. Initially, this role will assist the operations team in the following:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure the delivery of creatives and all other elements of the project. All elements must be as desired by the client.
- Coordinate the overall production quality of the project.
- Ensure the delivery of all promises to the client which includes coordinating for AORs & LL
- Ensure that ARS and FN are delivered as per client’s schedule.
- Ensure closure of payment advice (PA) in coordination with production. Check the PA made by the Direction team.
- Ensure PCR’s are sent for every project
- Adhere to set processes.

**Experience**:

- Any Graduate willing to learn
- Proficiency in English, Hindi & Kannada
- Ability to type in Kannada

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Work Location: In person
