As the E-commerce Operations Executive responsible for managing online food delivery platforms at MM Mithaiwala Pvt Ltd in Malad West, Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online sales channels. Your primary focus will be on managing the operational aspects of these platforms, optimizing processes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our presence on online food delivery platforms
- Ensure that product listings, pricing, and promotional activities are accurately maintained and updated on these platforms.
- Monitor platform performance metrics, such as order volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Manage the processing and fulfillment of orders received through online platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and on-time delivery.
- Optimize order fulfillment processes to minimize errors, reduce lead times, and enhance efficiency.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels for products listed on online platforms and ensure adequate stock availability to meet demand.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to manage stock replenishment and prevent stockouts.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and prevent wastage.
- **Logistics and Shipping Coordination**:

- Liaise with logistics partners and shipping carriers to coordinate the shipping and delivery of orders placed through online platforms.
- Optimize shipping methods, costs, and delivery times to provide a seamless and cost-effective delivery experience for customers.
- Monitor shipment tracking and address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations related to orders placed through online platforms.
- Provide timely and professional assistance to resolve customer issues, address concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Implement customer service standards and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze performance metrics for online platforms, including sales data, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- Generate reports and insights to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize operations.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with platform policies, guidelines, and terms of service for online food delievry platforms.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product quality, accuracy of product information, and adherence to brand standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, e-commerce, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with experience managing online food delivery platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce management tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
