Computer Operator Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Be proficient in operating a computer and be able to understand any tasks on it
- Handle office inventory and maintain accurate records of the same
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Create and manage spreadsheets and databases
- Handle general customer enquiries and customer needs
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide general administrative support as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experienced in handling a computer
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in an office environment is preferred
