We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Telecallers to join our Education Institution in Calicut. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for providing information about our courses and programs to prospective students over the phone.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the education industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Computer proficciancy

**Responsibilities**:

- Call and follow up with prospective students to provide information about our courses and programs
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information to students
- Maintain a record of student details and their requirements
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Coordinate with the admissions team for the enrollment process

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
