**Junior Graphic Designer - Real Estate Industry**

**Location: HSR Layout**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets for real estate projects and events.
- Support the digital marketing team by providing creative visual content for online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements and project briefs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
- Edit and enhance property images and videos for online listings and promotions.
- Maintain a library of design templates, brand assets, and media files.
- Stay updated with design trends, software, and real estate marketing practices.

**Qualification & Skills Required**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proficient in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Good understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

**Experience**:
2-3 Years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in Real Estate or Marketing Agencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
