**Job Title**: Graphic Designer - Real Estate (4-5 Years Experience)
**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling brand visuals for new developments, including logo design, color schemes, and identity assets.
- Develop and manage consistent design templates for property presentations, pitch decks, and investor materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns across multiple platforms (print, digital, and web).
- Edit and enhance property photos, floor plans, and renderings as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality standards are maintained across all visual content.
- Stay updated on design trends and innovations, especially within real estate and property marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 4-5 years of professional graphic design experience (real estate industry preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant real estate or property-related design work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of web design (basic HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress).
- Photography or image retouching skills.
