2. Appointment Management:
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of patient visits and follow-up appointments.
3. Front Desk Operations:
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
4. Administrative Support
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with payment processing if required.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.
5. Customer Service:
- Address complaints and escalate them to the appropriate
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
