**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries**:

- **Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance**:

- **Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule**:

- **Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.**:

- **Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries.**:

- **Managing the store data.**:

- **Maintain the dispatch data, documentation.**:

- **Inventory management.**:

- **Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.**:

- **Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.**:

- **Generate the report for the monthly basis.**:

- **Update data of dispatch on group and excel.**:

- **Generate the Invoice of dispatch.**:
**Requirements**:

- **Salary-12k-15k**:

- **Experience
- 1yrs+**:

- **Tally, MS Excel Operational Knowledge required.**

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Dispatch Executive: 2 years (preferred)
- Loading & Unloading: 2 years (preferred)
