**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loan Reconciliation**:

- Regularly reconcile loan data with lender partners to ensure alignment and accuracy of records.
- **EMI & Fee Calculation**:

- Calculate EMIs, foreclosure interest, late fees, platform fees, and other loan-related charges with precision.
- **Invoice Management**:

- Prepare and generate invoices for the lending division, ensuring they reflect accurate financial data.
- **Lender Coordination**:

- Maintain strong relationships with lender partners, ensuring seamless communication and smooth functioning of loan processes.
- **Overdue Loan Reporting**:

- Accurately calculate overdue loans and prepare DPD (Days Past Due) reports for tracking and escalation purposes.
- **Collection Reports**:

- Prepare regular collection reports, providing insights on recovery status and overall loan health.

**Qualifications**:

- **CA Inter** with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fintech startup, specifically in loan or financial operations.
- B.Com. with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the fintech sector.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle complex financial calculations.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in dealing with external partners.
