**Responsibilities**:

- **PLC Programming for Conveyor Systems**:

- Develop, program, and maintain PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems specifically tailored for conveyor automation.
- Design and implement logic for conveyor control, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- **System Integration**:

- Integrate PLC systems with conveyor-specific components such as motor drives, sensors, RFID systems, and vision systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to achieve seamless integration of conveyor systems with other automation components.
- **Code Debugging and Optimization**:

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimization of PLC code to identify and rectify issues.
- Implement improvements to enhance the reliability and efficiency of conveyor control systems.
- **Documentation**:

- Create detailed documentation of PLC programs, configurations, and conveyor system architectures.
- Generate user manuals and technical documentation specific to conveyor system controls.
- **Collaboration with Conveyor Design Teams**:

- Work closely with conveyor design teams to understand project requirements and provide expertise in designing control systems that align with conveyor functionalities.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of conveyor systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PLC Programmer with a focus on conveyor systems, with a minimum of [X] years in industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages, with experience in platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Schneider Electric.
- In-depth knowledge of conveyor control components and technologies.
