We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with an understanding of the financial services industry, specifically within the banking space to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive analysis of business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Utilize your banking domain knowledge to help identify gaps, risks, and potential impacts on business operations, and propose effective solutions to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, risk management, and compliance, to develop and implement business solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop use cases, user stories, and other project documentation to clearly articulate business requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with software developers and quality assurance teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions and perform user acceptance testing to validate the implemented solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in the banking sector to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications related to banking and business analysis are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide meaningful insights.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business solutions and driving process improvements in a banking or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, use case development, data analysis and requirements documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project plan).
- Programming experience in R or Python is a plus.
