- Business-level written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time and task management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
- Bachelor's degree in any field with background or strong interest in networking, computer, and application troubleshooting
